Reserves and Resources
There are mineral resource estimates for two deposits at the LDS Project: Butiá and Cerrito.
For the Butiá estimate, high grade samples were capped to a gold grade of 5.55 g/t. For the Cerrito estimate, high grade samples were capped to a gold grade of 3.07 g/t. Both estimates assume a cut-off grade of 0.3 g/t.
The estimates should be read in conjunction with the full reports on each deposit:
- NI 43-101 Technical Report entitled “Mineral Resource for Butiá Gold Prospect, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil”, originally dated March 21, 2022 with an effective date of January 25, 2022 and updated November 15, 2024. The report was prepared for Lavras Gold Corp. by VMG Consultoria e Soluções Ltda., and co-authored by Volodymyr Myadzel, MAIG, as the qualified person responsible for the entire Butiá Technical Report, and Michael C. Durose, P. Geo., and Frank Richard Baker, MIMMM, MAusIMM.

Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. There is no certainty that all or any part of the estimated mineral resources will be converted into mineral reserves.
