Mr. Uloth is a seasoned mining executive and business professional. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wesdome Gold Mines from May 2007 to December 2009, when he led the company through several of its most profitable years and reopened the Kiena Mine, and from July 2013 to August 2016, when he successfully restructured the company. He sat on Wesdome’s board from 1999 to 2009, serving as Chairman from 2006 to 2009, and again from August 2013 to 2016. He is currently President of the Rosedale Group, a privately-held distribution, warehousing, and storage company with over 800 employees.

Mr. Birkett graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Degree in Economics in 1985.  Since 2016 Mr. Birkett has been CEO & President UVAD Technologies Inc. an aerospace engineering and development company. (formally Stratus Aeronautics), UVA Dynamics Inc and the CEO of CoyWolf Technologies Inc. (an aboriginally controlled corporation). Prior thereto Mr. Birkett was the founder, President, CEO of Landis Energy Corporation, a publicly traded company until it was acquired by AltaGas Ltd. in 2010. Thereafter Mr. Birkett was the President of Alton Natural Gas Storage LP. (a limited partnership equally owned by Veresen Energy Inc and AltaGas from 2005 to 2016) and the President of AltaGas Natural Gas Storage Ltd. (from 2010 to 2016). Mr. Birkett has a berths of public board experience;  From 2000 to 2014 Mr. Birkett served as a director of Moss Lake Gold Mines Ltd, a publicly traded company until it was acquired in 2014 by Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. and he was also on the board of directors of Amarillo Gold Corp, a publicly traded mining company with assets in Brazil until it was acquired in 2022 by Hochschild Mining PLC. Mr. Birkett has over 35 years of experience in the areas of corporate governance,  exploration & development, management, construction, and finance.

Mr. Durose is a professional geologist with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology from Carleton University with a focus on mineral deposits geology, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Queen’s University, and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering from McGill University. Founder and CEO of Durose Asset Management Inc., he previously held increasingly senior positions as a well-regarded mining analyst with Scotia Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bunting Warburg, and Nesbitt Burns. He has travelled extensively to visit mining and exploration projects all over the world.  Before joining the capital markets, Mr. Durose worked as an exploration geologist in the Canadian base metal and gold industries.

Mr. Hill currently serves as Principal Advisor at Exploration Outcomes Ltda, a Brazil based Exploration Advisory Enterprise, which he founded in 2017. Mr. Hill holds a BSc (Hons) Economic Geology from University of Cape Town, South Africa and a BAppSc. Applied Geology from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. During his 35-year career, Mr. Hill has held senior roles in exploration, project development and mining operations and has been directly involved in the discovery of several world-class gold and copper projects within both greenfield and brownfield arenas. Immediately prior to 2017, Mr. Hill held Greenfields Exploration Management roles at AngloGold Ashanti in Brazil 2008-2015 and Colombia 2016.

Exploration Outcomes provides specialist technical support and advisory services to several listed exploration and mining companies including Jaguar Mining Inc and Sanatana Resources. Mr. Hill is a non-executive director and Chairman of Royal Road Minerals and, in addition to Lavras Gold,  holds non-executive director positions at Avanti Gold Corp, Lode Gold and Spark Energy Minerals.

Mr. Lepard runs Equity Management Associates, LLC (EMA) an investment partnership which has focused on investing in gold, silver and gold and silver miners since 2008.  Prior to EMA, Mr. Lepard spent 25 years as a professional investor and venture capitalist. From 1991 to 2004 he was one of two Managing Partners at Geocapital Partners in New Jersey. Prior to Geocapital, Mr. Lepard spent seven years as a General Partner at Summit Partners in Boston, MA. Mr. Lepard has an MBA with Academic Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.

Mike Mutchler has a long history of success in project management and business turnaround in Canada and Latin America. Currently a director of Orvana Minerals Corp., he was most recently President and CEO of Amarillo Gold Corporation. His experience in Brazil includes Chief Operating Officer for Largo Resources, where he successfully built the Vanadium mine and mill, and Project Director for Kinross Gold Corporation’s Paracatu Mine. A fifth generation miner, Mr. Mutchler was previously a partner at Whittle Consulting Pty. His other roles include Chief Operating Officer of Rainy Resources, Vice President of Project Development for Kinross, Project Manager for Kinross’ Cerro Casale project in Chile, and managerial positions at ASARCO. Mr. Mutchler has a BSc (Mining Engineering), MBA, Executive Juris Doctorate degree, and Chartered Directors Certificate.

Mr Raykov currently serves on the board of directors of Fennec Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biotechnology company, having held the role of CEO at Fennec from 2009 to 2024. He was also a director of Wesdome Gold Mines from 2013 to 2016.  Prior to Fennec, he was a co-founder and portfolio manager for Alchem Investment Partners, an event-driven hedge fund. He also served as a portfolio manager for Purchase Associates, an event-driven hedge fund owned by John Levin & Co., and worked as an analyst at Arbitrage Associates, a Merger Arbitrage hedge fund owned by Tiedeman Investment Group. He began his career as a financial analyst in the natural resources group at Bear Stearns. Mr. Raykov has a BSc in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
