Mr. Uloth is a seasoned mining executive and business professional. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wesdome Gold Mines from May 2007 to December 2009, when he led the company through several of its most profitable years and reopened the Kiena Mine, and from July 2013 to August 2016, when he successfully restructured the company. He sat on Wesdome’s board from 1999 to 2009, serving as Chairman from 2006 to 2009, and again from August 2013 to 2016. He is currently President of the Rosedale Group, a privately-held distribution, warehousing, and storage company with over 800 employees.

Mr. Birkett has over 25 years of experience with public companies, largely focused on corporate development, management, finance, and exploration. President & CEO of Stratus Aeronautics, a technology company dedicated to UAV development, Mr. Birkett was previously President of Alton Natural Gas Storage and AltaGas Natural Gas Storage. He was also President & CEO of Landis Energy Inc., a public company, from 2010 to 2015 until it was acquired by AltaGas in 2010, and a director of Moss Lake Gold Mines Ltd. from 2000 to 2014, when it was acquired by Wesdome Gold Mines. Mr. Birkett has a BA in Economics from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Durose is a professional geologist with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology from Carleton University with a focus on mineral deposits geology, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Queen’s University, and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering from McGill University. Founder and CEO of Durose Asset Management Inc., he previously held increasingly senior positions as a well-regarded mining analyst with Scotia Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bunting Warburg, and Nesbitt Burns. He has travelled extensively to visit mining and exploration projects all over the world.  Before joining the capital markets, Mr. Durose worked as an exploration geologist in the Canadian base metal and gold industries.

Mr. Hill is an economic geologist with over 35 years of experience in exploration, project development, and mining operations around the world. He has been directly involved in the discovery of several world-class projects in both greenfield and brownfield arenas. As Principal Advisor at Exploration Outcomes Ltda, he provides specialist support to several companies including Jaguar Mining Inc. and Sanatana Resources. Mr. Hill is a non-executive director and Chairman of Royal Road Minerals and a non-executive director of Avanti Gold Corp and Stratabound Minerals.

Mr. Lepard runs Equity Management Associates, LLC (EMA) an investment partnership which has focused on investing in gold, silver and gold and silver miners since 2008.  Prior to EMA, Mr. Lepard spent 25 years as a professional investor and venture capitalist. From 1991 to 2004 he was one of two Managing Partners at Geocapital Partners in New Jersey. Prior to Geocapital, Mr. Lepard spent seven years as a General Partner at Summit Partners in Boston, MA. Mr. Lepard has an MBA with Academic Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.

Mike Mutchler has a long history of success in project management and business turnaround in Canada and Latin America. Currently a director of Orvana Minerals Corp., he was most recently President and CEO of Amarillo Gold Corporation. His experience in Brazil includes Chief Operating Officer for Largo Resources, where he successfully built the Vanadium mine and mill, and Project Director for Kinross Gold Corporation’s Paracatu Mine. A fifth generation miner, Mr. Mutchler was previously a partner at Whittle Consulting Pty. His other roles include Chief Operating Officer of Rainy Resources, Vice President of Project Development for Kinross, Project Manager for Kinross’ Cerro Casale project in Chile, and managerial positions at ASARCO. Mr. Mutchler has a BSc (Mining Engineering), MBA, Executive Juris Doctorate degree, and Chartered Directors Certificate.

Mr Raykov has served as a director and Chief Executive Officer of Fennec Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biotechnology company, since July 2009. He was also a director of Wesdome Gold Mines from 2013 to 2016.  Prior to Fennec, he was a co-founder and portfolio manager for Alchem Investment Partners, an event-driven hedge fund. He also served as a portfolio manager for Purchase Associates, an event-driven hedge fund owned by John Levin & Co., and worked as an analyst at Arbitrage Associates, a Merger Arbitrage hedge fund owned by Tiedeman Investment Group. He began his career as a financial analyst in the natural resources group at Bear Stearns. Mr. Raykov has a BSc in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
