Mr. Sawh has almost 20 years of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer for TSX-listed mining companies with producing assets around the world. These include Wesdome Gold Mines, Scorpio Mining, Crystallex, and Goldbelt Resources. He also spent over 16 years at Grant Thornton LLP, culminating as principal, focused on publicly listed mining companies. A Certified Professional Accountant, Mr. Sawh has an MBA in accounting from York University, a BSc in geology from Concordia University, and a graduate diploma in geology from McGill University.

Mike Mutchler has a long history of success in project management and business turnaround in Canada and Latin America. Currently a director of Orvana Minerals Corp., he was most recently President and CEO of Amarillo Gold Corporation. His experience in Brazil includes Chief Operating Officer for Largo Resources, where he successfully built the Vanadium mine and mill, and Project Director for Kinross Gold Corporation’s Paracatu Mine. A fifth generation miner, Mr. Mutchler was previously a partner at Whittle Consulting Pty. His other roles include Chief Operating Officer of Rainy Resources, Vice President of Project Development for Kinross, Project Manager for Kinross’ Cerro Casale project in Chile, and managerial positions at ASARCO. Mr. Mutchler has a BSc (Mining Engineering), MBA, Executive Juris Doctorate degree, and Chartered Directors Certificate.

Mr. Hill currently serves as Principal Advisor at Exploration Outcomes Ltda, a Brazil based Exploration Advisory Enterprise, which he founded in 2017. Mr. Hill holds a BSc (Hons) Economic Geology from University of Cape Town, South Africa and a BAppSc. Applied Geology from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. During his 35-year career, Mr. Hill has held senior roles in exploration, project development and mining operations and has been directly involved in the discovery of several world-class gold and copper projects within both greenfield and brownfield arenas. Immediately prior to 2017, Mr. Hill held Greenfields Exploration Management roles at AngloGold Ashanti in Brazil 2008-2015 and Colombia 2016.

Exploration Outcomes provides specialist technical support and advisory services to several listed exploration and mining companies including Jaguar Mining Inc and Sanatana Resources. Mr. Hill is a non-executive director and Chairman of Royal Road Minerals and, in addition to Lavras Gold,  holds non-executive director positions at Avanti Gold Corp, Lode Gold and Spark Energy Minerals.

Mr. Serpa, a Brazilian national, has spent the bulk of his 35 years in the mining industry developing mines. He was most recently Country Manager for Amarillo Gold Corporation. Prior to joining Amarillo, he was the Director of South America Institutional Affairs for Imerys, a French multinational company. In that role, he oversaw government relations, licensing, mining rights, and social responsibilities for 24 industrial mine sites. His previous experience includes three years at Yamana Gold, where as Country Manager for Honduras, he led the expansion of the San Andres mine and the Mercedes Mine in Mexico. Mr. Serpa has a BSc in mining engineering and an MBA.
